Workout over Winter Break!

Working out over winter vacation can be difficult, especially since the weather outside isn’t always good for exercise and you might not have access to a gym. So, we met with Coach Earle to make a workout routine you can do anywhere! Enjoy!
3 sets of 12 reps
Bodyweight Squat
Single-Leg Deadlift (i.e. single-leg touch to reach)
Pushup (modified from knees)
Single-Arm Renegade Row
Bodyweight Russian Twist
