How do I stay active? 

There are lots of ways to stay active during quarantine. You can go on walks or runs, do online workout classes, use any exercise machines you may have, or go for a bike ride. The most important step is making sure you get out of bed at least once a day and get a little bit of fresh air even if it is just by opening a window. 


Where should I get take-out? 

Most restaurants are open right now for takeout or delivery options only. You can order and get food from any of these places, just make sure you are using proper social distancing guidelines. Some places that are super popular right now are Chick-fil-A and Dunkin Donuts. I also recommend ordering pizza from a local pizza joint. Just remember that the virus can live on cardboard for 24 hours, so it is probably best to clean the box before you bring it into your home. Also, it is important to remember that small restaurants are struggling during quarantine. In order to help them stay open afterwards, buying a gift card or ordering take out supports the business, so hopefully they can stay open.


What are some recommendations for shows to watch? 

There is lots of content out on the web right now. Some newer shows include Tiger King, Outer Banks, Never Have I Ever, and Too Hot to Handle. Some of my favorite shows to watch or even rewatch are Gossip Girl, Grey’s Anatomy, Criminal Minds, Gilmore Girls, Glee, The Umbrella Academy, Locke and Key, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Shameless, That 70’s Show, New Girl, The Good Place, Community, and Orange is the New Black
